Here’s your Homework:

Eating Intuit: Step 4 – REDEFINE PART 1

Write down 2 definitions of health.

Definition 1: Write down everything you’ve been told. Write down what you heard growing up. How you were treated because of how you looked or didn’t look. What you learned in health class. What you hear people talking about. What the magazines say. What the commercials say.

Definition 2: Write down YOUR definition of health. I’m not going to limit or guide you or tell you anything. Simply write down what your heart and intuition tells you that health is to YOU!

Please comment to let us know if you found any contrast in the 2 definitions, and share this post with your friends!

Much Love,

Tessie
