Learning How to Recognize When Course-Correct, Finding Daily Routine

  • Everything is cyclical - we need to ride the rhythms of our body, the season, our metabolism, and what life is calling for
  • Based on the steps above, you will now be equipped to work through ANY challenge by committing to these steps.
  • One of the best things we can do as far as habit creation is practice routine. This is where you will implement a bit of structure around new practices you want to work on, whether it’s eating breakfast everyday, making a bunch of food on Sundays, doing mirror work to improve body image, or cooking more of your own food, saying your positive affirmation everyday, etc. The possibilities are endless, so we start with 1-3 and you commit to that practice for 3 weeks.

  • A made-for-you program over the course of 3 months based on my 7-Step Tessie Tracy Technique™.
  • We meet once per week for the first month for a 45 - 60 minute session, followed by meetings every other week. (In all, we meet approximately 8 times.)
  • Progress report mid-way through the program to see where you were, where you are, and where you’re going. This helps us re-focus and re-orient your goals to fill any missing gaps.
  • Worksheets that help keep you going in between sessions along with personalized homework, recommended tools and resources, and action steps.
  • Texting and email support in-between call-times.
  • Emergency calls are available throughout the program upon request (if you need me!)
