Yummy Healthy Blueberry Muffins!


  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1/4 gluten-free oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 tsp stevia
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tsp Bulletproof Brain Octane MCT Oil
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender
  3. Insert Muffin lining
  4. Pour Banana Blueberry Yummy muffin mix into mini or regular muffin pan
  5. Bake for 8-12min until lightly firm
  6. Remove Muffins from pan and place on serving plate to cool!
    Nom Nom!
